slept at 3am and got up at 9am for a little outdoor summer fun with friends today cos it’s half day!! drove to clear water bay then to sai kung for yummy thai food. YAY!  oh, but will work till 2am tonight and get up at 5am for a new day of work. yes i am used to sleeping very little. it’s a bad habit!

i woke up with a sore throat this morning! =P because– yesterday i was out shooting for the last part of my  <美麗告白>, first we went to a place close to where i used to live as a child, then the crew drove us to Chai Wan for “a chat”. I had a sneaky suspicion that they secretly arranged someone from my high school (i used to study in Chai Wan) to come out and have a chat with me. but anyway, i didn’t exactly know what was going on, the crew had gone up to an industrial building to ”have the lights set up” and the rest of us waited in the company van for almost two hours. when we finally went up the building and got to the place, it was a clean, stylish, professional photo studio, with all the white walls, grey and brown furniture. the crew told me to pose like a fashion model in front of a white backdrop, for them to film footages of me doing different poses. i was like ‘what? i didn’t prepare for this! thank god i have a nice outfit on!’. i kept changing into different poses for around five minutes, and all in a sudden Ng Kwan Yue walked into the studio with her big sunshine smile and yelled ‘hey candy!!!’. i was so stunned running around the place screaming and laughing my head off! she appeared in my part as a ’surprise guest’! 

Kwan Yue and I laughed so much and so loudly (actually i am the type of girl who laughs a lot every day. people don’t know me think the frequency of my laugh is a little weird, but to those who really know me, they understand that i like to look at things from a humourous angle and just, have a good laugh to get through situations). i have missed her and her family so badly. they have been treating me very nicely for the past two years, and i appreciate their warmth, kindness and generosity very much, and just… ah, words can’t express how grateful i am! we soon sat down on a comfy red sofa for a chat for the tv show and continued our good laugh throughout. it’s wonderful to see her again. she is in such good shape, perfect skin, healthy glow and delightful mood. some people might think i am ‘kissing ass’. but ah, trust me, she is one of the few people who is always so stunningly positive and funny that you just want to be around her to feel the uplifting vibe throwing around the room when she tells all the jokes. the show will be on tv Aug 8th. hopefully they cut out the part which i screamed at the top of my voice!
