Windy Curry Udon.

I know what you’re thinking, why the WIND right?
Well. 
Today is extremely windy and it took some strength to go out and buy some ingredients.
I had “THE NOODLE DREAM” last night so i decided to make Udon today.
Curry Udon! Oh yeah!

I’m not even going to bother giving you guys the recipe for this dish!
It’s such a simple and common-sensed thing and i don’t think my readers are dim-witted at all.

Just one thing, make sure it’s a windy day to make it the WINDY Curry Udon. LOL

Creamy Mushroom Tagliatelle.

Working with both Egg and Spinach Tagliatelle today!
Okay, so here is another simple, quick recipe for you all.
Cook the Tagliatelle in a large pan of boiling salted water for about 6 mins or according to packet instructions.
Drain the pasta in a colander.
Heat the butter and oil together in a large frying pan then sizzle the garlic for 30 secs, before adding the mushrooms.
Stir occasionally until the mushrooms are browned and season to taste with Pepper and salt.
Lightly beat together an egg and cream, stir in half of the Parmesan and seasoning.
Stir in the Tagliatelle and garlic mushrooms - toss together well. 
The heat from the pasta will lightly thicken the sauce.

It is now ready to be served with the topping of some Parmesan cheese, black pepper and chopped parsley leaves.
