It seems we have completed all outpost shooting for the time being. Feels good to be back in Hong Kong. I miss you all~

I had a great time in Japan and have lots to share with you guys. And I have never been to Chimelong so this last trip was my first time there as well. Many many firsts and what a rewarding experience. More in a bit as I get the photos ready. ^.~

Yesterday was exactly three weeks since I came back to Hong Kong and while I love Hong Kong style cafe food (rice noodles, milk tea, ice tea, more noodles see below) I do miss some of my favorites things.

So on father’s day, my uncle took me out and we had pasta. lol I love pasta. Actually I love noodles, ramen, beef brisket rice noodles, ramen and all sorts of pasta.

Then I also found a coffee shop. I used to get a cup of these everyday until I moved. Don’t think I can show the entire cup but here’s a photo for memory’s sake!

I made this salad with my mom sometime last month. Ingredients: prawns, spinach, mango, avacado with miso dressing. It looks ok, but the taste needs some tweaking. You couldn’t really taste the miso dressing and the mangos were not ripe enough. x.x

Happy Birthdy Winnie and Esther!!! Sandy invited us to her mom’s restaurant for dinner to celebrate Esther and Winnie’s birthday. Sandy’s mom, Ada also took the time to prepare some special dishes for us. It was a lot of fun. Maybe we can get together like this again.
